Up through the lakes

Weather was absolutely terrible on the way out of the house. Met up with Gav at his new Pad, very nice. Sophie (Gavin's other half) made us bacon butties and we set off to the agreed meeting place in Sandbatch. Mark Breeze turned up shortly after and after a brief photo shoot we headed out to meet Lee at the Lymm services.

Weather improved so we opted to ride through the Lake District on the way up and the off to Dumfries where the fun really started. We rode by Lake Windsmere and crumock Water stopping to take some of the photos you see below. 

Lunch  was had at the King George IV inn at Holmrook which had some kind of real ale festival going on.
